It's really key what he says about naps. I work from home so this is possible at lunchtimes if I'm in a state. I think the way to tackle insomnia has to do with losing the fear of a bad sleep somehow. It's also inspiring to know there is all this stuff we can do to calm the nervous system. I'm going to get stuck into that.
