I’ve experienced burnout trying to accomplish projects which left me feeling drained leading to time off work.

I’ve been a people pleaser in the past, however saying no is becoming easier and is an act of self care!

Once you have burned out, it is often the ultimate wake up call isn't it. I salute you on the boundary setting and self care!

I just have to thank you, dr. Genevieve!

What you teach us is the necessary complement of what was written in the Temple of Apollo in Delphi: "Know yourself".

I always tried to know myself, but it lacked me a way to it.

Thank you again!

Dr Genevieve, I just forwarded to you an email from the Daily Stoic, because of the content of it. It has all to do with what you teach and it fits well into the purpose of your beautiful work. 🤩

I've only just recently found out I'm HSP (and at the higher end of the spectrum!) A pain consultant suggested I may be and set the ball in motion. Finding out has explained so much of my life (I'm 60!) but now I feel a bit lost as I really don't know who I am. Working on it so thanks for the support.

Sue, thank you so much for your share. After working with many HSPs one to one, I created "The HSP Revolution" newsletter (and growing community) for individuals like yourself who are looking to understand themselves. I do hope you will gain some understanding, comfort and reassurance from joining this community and know that you are not alone. It's wonderful to welcome you here.
