Just Five Spots Left - Join Us for the HSP Retreat This June
Connect, recharge, and find your calm in Devon this June 12th-15th
With just over a month to go, our annual HSP Retreat at Selgars Mill, Devon (12–15th June 2025) is almost fully booked — and we now have just five spots remaining!
If you’ve been thinking about joining us, now is the perfect time to book your place.
What’s Still Available?
While our double rooms, the waggon, and the private annexe have now sold out, we still have a range of other beautiful and comfortable options available at different price points, including:
Single Bed in Twin Rooms (two rooms left): These rooms provide a more private experience, with a single bed in a room shared with one other person. Ideal for those who prefer a bit of personal space while still connecting with a retreat buddy. Only two rooms remain.
Shared Male Dorm (one sold, three beds left): This dormitory-style room is on the third floor and is designed for male participants, with four beds in a shared space. You will have access to a shared bathroom. A great option for more social HSPs—still quiet, but with space to connect. Only three spots remain.
Shared Female Dorm (two sold, two beds left): Similar to the male dorm, this option is for female participants and is on the third floor. It provides a comfortable space for up to four women and you will have access to a shared bathroom. Just two beds left for those who value community and calm.
Summerhouse Cabins (one cabin left): There are ten cabins in total offering a more intimate and secluded stay. You can either have one to yourself, enjoying the peace and solitude, or share it with another participant, depending on your preference. The cabins are perfect for those seeking a more peaceful retreat experience in a rustic, yet cozy setting. Only one cabin remains and is ideal for HSPs craving deep rest and personal space.
Tent or Campervan Spot: For those who love the outdoors, camping offers a great way to connect with nature. You can bring your own tent or campervan and enjoy a peaceful environment. A few spots still available perfect for grounding and HSPs who find renewal in nature.
All options include:
Three nights' accommodation
All meals (nourishing, vegetarian cuisine by our chefs Chippy and Bogdan)
Full access to all workshops, activities, and site facilities
Tea, coffee and refreshments throughout the day
A team of dedicated facilitators to support your journey
Why Join Us?
Whether you're seeking rest, connection, inspiration or simply some time away from the noise of everyday life, this retreat is an invitation to reconnect with yourself in a like-minded community.
We’ll be gathering in the stunning surroundings of Selgars Mill, a 19th-century converted mill house nestled in eight acres of secluded woodland and meadows in the heart of Devon.
Our past participants have ranged from 18 to 80 years old, and found something deeply personal and restorative in this space. You’re welcome exactly as you are.
Podcast Episode: Embodied Practices for Highly Sensitive People
I joined Jules De Vitto, Josh Silver and Alan Piatek, my co-facilitators on the UK HSP Retreat in June, for a heartfelt conversation on Jules’ Highly Sensitive Human podcast. We explored embodied practices for HSPs – a theme that runs through many of our retreat sessions.
Here’s a short clip below from the episode, where we talk about the importance of reconnecting with the body as a source of wisdom and grounding.
