I'm giving an online talk tomorrow
The one-hour session on high sensitivity will cover practical tips for staying grounded and have plenty of time for Q+A.
A quick note to say that I’d be delighted to see you at my talk at 8pm BST tomorrow evening (Thursday, May 12th). Tickets are £18 and you can book here. The talk is hosted by Augmentive, an online platform supporting people to find qualified therapists, coaches, trainers, nutritionists and mindfulness specialists.
I’ll be touching on many of the topics covered in The HSP Revolution. Here are some more details:
Thriving as a Highly Sensitive Person: practical tips for staying grounded in an overstimulating world
Do you pick up easily on what others are feeling?
Do you feel things deeply and have a rich inner life?
Do you notice subtle details that others miss?
If the answer to all or some of the above is yes then you may be a Highly Sensitive Person (or HSP), a phrase coined by Dr Elaine Aron to describe the 20-30% of the population who process sensory input, thoughts and feelings more deeply than most.
In this one-hour session, Clinical Psychologist, coach and creator of The HSP Revolution newsletter, Dr Genevieve explains the common traits of high sensitivity, dispels myths and shows how to turn potential vulnerabilities into advantages. If you’ve ever struggled with feeling overstimulated, overwhelmed or exhausted by life, then Dr Genevieve provides practical tips from her years of coaching HSPs to help you avoid burnout and thrive.
