HSP Retreat Next Month!
There's still time to book your ticket to join Jules de Vitto and I from June 13-16.
Hello!
I wanted to let you know that there’s still some tickets left for a four-day retreat for Highly Sensitive People (HSPs) I’m co-hosting for a second year with my great friend Jules De Vitto, a coach and trainer who specialises in high sensitivity.
The retreat will take place at the beautiful Quadrangle in Kent, UK.
We’ll start on the afternoon of Thursday, June 13 and close in the afternoon of Sunday, June 16, 2023.
All tickets are inclusive of meals, activities and accommodation.
We still have plenty of camping spaces and some twin/dorm rooms available, and we really hope you can join us for this four-day retreat!
If you prefer your own space, you can also purchase a ‘retreat only’ ticket and check out our recommended local hotels in the nearby village of Shoreham.

Why an HSP Retreat?
As HSPs, we know just how important it is to come together in community and connect with like-minded people.
That’s why we’re so excited to offer this unique opportunity to engage in holistic well-being activities; connect more deeply with our authentic selves; and experience how it feels to be nourished by a safe and supportive group.
And don’t worry: All activities are optional, and we encourage everyone to take time to immerse themselves in nature to rest, relax and soak in the beautiful surroundings.
Daily Schedule
The scheduled events will vary each day but include the following: ecstatic dance, sound baths, breathwork, nature activities, wild swimming, singing, yoga, meditation, workshops on making the most of the gifts that high sensitivity brings, sharing circles, and cozy fireside gatherings in the evening:
8am - 9am - Morning yoga/breathwork
9am - 10:30am - Breakfast
10:30-12pm - Community sharing circle (small pod sharing)
12.30pm - 2pm - Lunch
2:30pm - 4.30pm - Nature activity/walk
5pm - 6.00pm - Restorative Yoga
6.30pm - 7.30pm - Dinner
8pm-9:30pm - Relaxing sound bath
Healthy, Nutritious Vegetarian Meals
We’re delighted to announce that Leon Lewis, our inspirational, innovative plant-based guru, will be returning to provide lunches and dinner throughout the retreat.
Leon will be serving delicious homemade vegetarian cuisine using healthy ingredients such as handpicked wild herbs; fresh fruit and vegetables; and high quality wholefoods. Gluten-free and dairy-free options will be available.
Leon’s food is so delicious, nutritious, fresh and made with a lot of ❤️:
Breakfast: We will serve a light breakfast of cereal, fruit, yogurt, eggs, porridge, toast and other sundries.
Lunches: Nut roast, pies, quiches and salads.
Dinners: Vegetarian curries and pilao rice with side dishes, risotto, ribollita, ratatouille and breads with bruschetta toppings.
Desserts: Fruit crumble, strawberries, baklava and chocolate cake.
Leon is well known in Essex for his mushroom foraging walks. He may be able to organise a foraging walk if the weather is favourable.
